I won't say he can't act...but he is a limited actor in that there are certain emotions like sadness or crying that he can't perform...He can do simple roles like in Bajrangi very well...also he can do the roles which require anger very well too...but then action and larger than life roles are Salman's forte...and he excels in them...his target audience loves him in those kinds of movies...he keeps his fans happy and that is the most important for an "entertainer".
