Lol. They tried so hard to demolish Karans "nepotism" tag. They even brought in Kangna in an episode to hype it all up. But alas, the show is neither well organized nor well planned. The contestants have also been in the industry.

The show was made to add a few more crores to Kjo's bank balance. And it succeeded in its purpose. Why SP wanted to gift him that money only they know.

My mom and sister watch it, so I get to watch it alongside them.It's actually a good show, low trps are because it's low on masala, all the emotional drama, and all the extra bullshit that variety shows do to get Trps! The execution of effects by the crew for all the acts contestants do on stage is REALLY well done. Karan and Rohit give useful and bang on feedback. And I actually feel few of the girls on the show have potential. I was hoping Rohit would actually cast Shruti in his next masala flick because she is so good with comedy and is a versatile actress, though most likely it's not gonna happen. 😆 Shame that Indian audience only watches shows when there is all the drama involved. I enjoy all the skits that contestants do, and I think this is a good effort to bring forth new talent and give them a fighting chance.

Well .. I disagree that there is no drama on the show .. I've watched only about one or two episodes of this show. And I found a bit OTT, maybe a little less OTT compared to some other reality shows. Also, the promos itself, before the launch of the show, were so melodramatic.

the contestants are hopeless.

why should we pay to watch them? i would prefer established actors.

why to give chance to new comers when there is already unemployment among present strugglers in mumbai

The only reason it flopped real bad because it promised a premise similar to Bigg Boss.. contestants staying under 1 roof, drama, fights, showmance etc.. & it also aired exactly the week after BB11 ended so that they could cash on BB11's success by offering a similar concept.
