What's the name of this story

Story starts with raman marrying ishita, but have hatred for her, then later ishita realises ramam married shagun only to give a father to her child and they don't have anyother relation . Flashback: ishra in love since school, but ishita realises she can't bare a child and so wanted to get separated from raman, so she says to her sister that she don't like raman and is in love with subbu knowing raman is hearing the convo. Clue: ishra wanted to go to paris together and on the Eiffel tower they wanted to shout I LUV U.. can some1 tell me tge title of this story.. i forgot.. thanks in advance..
