well...i am not her fan actually...i am madhuri fan...but she is part of my childhood...my growing up years...thus she feels closer to me...part of my life and family...

she is simply magical on-screen...she brings life into her character...a total live wire...she is so silent and introvert in real life due to her own personal issue while on-camera she lives all those moments that she wanted to live in her real life...a complete transformation and the performance is real...

Lamhe as pooja whom is so bubby...kiddo...play alot of pranks...she played it so naturally as if she deprived from all the moments and live it through pooja...same goes in Sadma

in Naagina...there can be no Naagin except for sridevi...gosh the way she did the Naagin dance...madhuri is equally excellent in the dance department can never do such dance and give those Naagin expressions...being a madhuri fan...i am saying this...she can never even near the dance and expression...especially the expression...this is one reason after Sridevi...there is no Naagin film made...

EV is an inspiration of all house wives...

i really can't explain nor define but she is part of childhood and now that she is gone forever,part of my childhood is gone

I have never seen this kind of unison in mourning a screen legend .. Usually its just the diehard fans who are left heartbroken , rest of us offer condolences and move on... But Sridevi .. Most people seem to have taken it as a personal loss ( myself included ) .. good question TM & I saw some good answers as well ..

sridevi's demise is a personal loss to everyone in the world...never been affected by any celebs marriage and death and i am not even her fan so does my mom...but she being no more has affected immensely...

i still listening to her songs...watch her films and songs and reliving all the moments of her magic all over again...seeing her on-screen gives me happiness thinking that she is still alive

She wasnt in the buzz when she was alive.
Now that she's gone, everyone is like "Oh sridevi! Sridevi!"

because she is my childhood ?
not just mine but my mother's too ...how man heroines did that ?
her Bollywood career is just 1/4th of her total filmography ...just imagine watching her in multiple languages and with multiple stars and suddenly she is no more...there is nothing she cant do and there will be no one who can even reach half of what she has achieved
its been almost 10 days since this happens but its still hard to move on ...

She was not doing films while I was kid even madhuri wasn't but i like madhuri more. Sridevi has done some beautiful movies like lamhe and chandani. She was a pure Indian beauty. You can't imagine some one else in the movies sridevi had done
