Suggestions For Annika's Ishqbaaazi

Firstly, this is an awesome post Enas👏👏👏

Since the first marriage, Shivika journey have been beautiful in many ways. But if u look closely, the journey is mostly about the individual character progression of Shivaay which made it look beautiful as well as Shivika working on their relation.

In this journey, we have seen Shivaay shedding his obsession for NKK which is the main hindrance in their relation; We have seen Annika coming out of her insecurities and trusting her fate & relationship with Shivaay.

And one more beautiful thing abt Shivika is they accepted their life partners as they are without expecting them to change. Shivaay never asked, or expected Annika to change but accepted her as she is. In the same way, Annika accepted Shivaay. Infact, they both tried to mould themselves according to each other with time.😊

At this point, I just remember the jungle track of Shivika where Shivaay had some beautiful dialogues abt the same.😳

"Jiddi,stubborn,stuck up main hoon. Khud Ko change karne ki koshish bhi kar Raha hoon. Aur yeh change na ek din, ek hafta aur ek saal itni jaldi nahi hota hai.thoda waqt lagta hai.its a life long process na.hum ek doosre Ko ek dusre ke hisaab se badalte rahenge, ek dusre mein daalthe rahenge. Waqt lag Sakta hai kyunki yeh journey hai aur journey choti nahi Hoti hai journey lambi Hoti hai aur honi chahiye.aur agar journey lambi hogi tho waqt lagega.kuch kar nahin saktha Annika.aur kaas kar mujhe na kuch jyada hi waqt lagtha hai.kyunki mein yaha se pead Hun main.juk nahin saktha main.par iss sab mein na kahin bhi kitna bhi waqt lagega na humare rishte par koi asar nahi hona chahiye Annika.yeh tumhari aur meri zimmendari hai.kyunki humne tho ek dusre konaccept Kiya hai na jaise bhi hum he.tho ab chahe kitni bhi mushkilat hua aasan nahi hoga par hum karenge."

This dialogues might be said with regarding to his NKK. But they hold true with every moment in one's life. One should not change for others but they can better themselves. Marriage is all about bettering oneself w.r.t your partner to make the relationship grow stronger and more beautiful.😊

Apart from coming over his obsession for NKK, there r many things which Shivaay worked upon simultaneously. I got few cute and memorable things which Shivaay attempted like drinking tea😆, dancing to some Bollywood number, adapting Annika's dictionary and using the words now and then(tadi, raita phelgaya)😆, he tried to live a chawl life at least for one day😳, he travelled with her in an auto rickshaw and even enjoyed it😉😆, he became equally nautanki to his Annika and plays along with her😆, seen him eating pavbhaji and also not to forget with "nimbu"(😆 )(while Shivaay doesn't take citric food at night😆), him cooking "Aloo-Poori" (there was one instance where he said "Aloo" kaun kaatha hai🤣) in "Desi-Ghee" (Remember his face when Saahil asked him to cook chowmein in "Desi-Ghee"🤣) which is very nutritional according to him (mind it, this is only for Annika😳), cooking "deep-fried" Pakora in Olive oil (Remember Rudy saying Shivaay gets gussa hearing deep frying🤣), Surprised her so much with all the candies, doll house (ILU scene)... These r few things that makes his character and Ishqbaaazi cute.😳

But somewhere that part of journey is lacking in Annika's character especially after separation phase. Before separation, right after biwi declaration, I was happy seeing her trying to drink "Sairabhano meri maano Americano"(🤣) without doing "khulli"(🤣) on him while he was expecting her to standing still without even moving🤣 (Both looked cute where Shivaay who hates this, actually stands there without moving showing how he accepted this "Khulli" as part of her and Annika drinking coffee without making faces😳) but then somehow later on this part is missing.

I always wanted Ishqbaaazi of Annika to be more than showing unwavering trust and support in Shivaay. Even Shivaay has this trust and support in his Ishbaaazi for Annika but his Ishqbaaazi has also evolved in something more than this.

So, now coming to what I want to see as part of Annika's Ishqbaaazi:

1) As far as we know, Annika makes delicious Aloo-Poori but is a bad cook overall. I want to see her attempting to cook atleast Shivaay's fav dishes and surprise him.😉😆

2) Annika trusts Shivaay and now even trusts their relationship. But I never saw her confiding in him and sharing abt her past what she remembers or the nightmare she gets. Shivaay already tried to know abt her nightmare from Saahil once but he failed. Again, Annika was adamant and didn't want him to look into her past as she is not comfortable and fears if something worse might come up. So he finally gave up. But now I want to see Annika herself open up abt her past if she remembers or atleast abt the dream which she remembers. This is not difficult because we already saw how she shared what makes her fear for darkness.😊

3) I want her to come up with surprises making him feel special. I'm not saying she don't do that now. Even now she makes him feel special by showing her support and trust but I want to see something more than this.😉😳

4) I want her to come out of her over the top zone when with others. When we look at Shivaay, he is as crazy as her when they r alone, but when he is out infront of others, his attitude changes. The same way I want Annika to do it.😳

P.s. Now please don't come and tell me Shivaay shouted at her in public. I'm not talking abt how many times he shouted at her in public or how many times she shouted on him in public. I'm talking about only how they conduct themselves infront of others.I really feel Annika sometimes goes overboard while doing it.

5) During separation, she manipulated him emotionally to the extremes. But we never got a little remorse abt that from her. Yes, she accepted she did mistake and apologized to Shivaay once. But apologizing is different and showing remorse is different. I never got to see contemplating on what she did and how regretful she is. I wanted a heartfelt scene or convo abt it.

6) After last week's episode, I also want her to learn and dance on some Shivaay's favorite music. Isi bahane we will get some wonderful Shivika romantic dance.😳😆😉

7) I want Annika to atleast try to find out abt Shivaay's heart condition and What's it all about. We got Shivaay trying to find abt her fear for darkness and nightmare from Saahil and then we got him trying to dig her past, but I never got Annika trying to know abt his heart condition.😊

Now, trying to do all these things will not change "Kidkithod Sirf Annika" to some bechari but infact she will come out as more beautiful character. I'm not saying Shivaay is perfect Ishqbaaz or his journey as Ishqbaaz is complete. He still has a long way to go learning and adapting many things for himself and for their relationship. Ishqbaaazi ki safar zindagi bhar chaltha rahega jab tak insaan zinda hai.😊

We got Shivaay's journey but smh CVs did not give us Annika's journey or i wud say her efforts to mould into being THE SHIVAAY SINGH'S OBEROI'S wife.

i always wanted to see how Annika conducts herself infront of world where she is ASSO.. the baggage that name carries as well the power that name yields. And i don't mean that as her being wife to Shivaay..

I wish we wud hv got scenes like corporate parties, where she wud be introduced to Shivaay's outside world.. i remember Pinky had complained during Mallika track that Shakti did not take her coz he was emabarassed.. I wanted CVs to make a point there nd show Annika's efforts in gelling with Shivaay's corporate life , be ASSO to the world , adapting to his elite life.. nd making him proud.

Many times in show they hv shown Annika being OTT or picking up fights in front of strangers nd Shivaay embarrassed there... wish We wud hv shown a different aspect of Annika here..

No doubt she is Annika ... Sirf Annika.. nd Shivaav has accepted her but i want her to be more polished , ASSO for the world.. nd want Annika to command the same power that SSO commands

i really love annika and how she was/is never afraid of putting forward her opinion and feelings.. but why only shivaay has to drop out his nature and thoughts like NKK.. why doesnt annika grow a little sophisticated..

i wont deny she's always there by shivaay as his shield, but i have to say even pinky behaves more sophisticated in public than annika...

the point im trying to talk about is not that annika is sophisticated or not.. but that if shivaay can take a step forward to be someone annika likes, then why cannot annika try to improve little things shivaay wanted to see in his wife..

i remember shivaay saying from DBO that he doesnt find annika a woman who can be mother of his kids.. so annika should at least improve herself this bit that shivaay can proudly call her his wife and not just bcz he loves her blindly and ignores any flaws of hers.

I still remember shivaay saying to OmRu...she's Shivaay Sigh Oberoi's wife...she should know what,when and how to say stuff
That was the only instant where she put off Shivaay in public. Other than that, in public, it is always Shivaay who does the talk, be it announcing wife in front of Daksh and media, be it proposing her for re-marriage, Shivaay does all the talking.

One thing I am glad of Annika is that she has blended with the family, which she craved for. She had earned a place. She did not take any right for herself, she was given - be it she calling Shakti papa, or shivaay declaring her biwi or Om calling her bhabhi.

After separation and re-marriage, especially after confession and consummation, their level of intimacy has gone up to that extent that they have in fact become one. She had come so close to Shivaay than any one. Her insecurities have vanished away.

unfortunately she hasn't...not for one bit
