I thought something different.

Veer might change Shera into a goodi girl and they will fall in love and when Veer will know that it was Shera who tried to kill Dharam, Veer will break-up with her.

And Dharam who could not see his mischievous bro so sad in Love, will try to patch up between them, just like how Veer tried to make up between Dharam and Sia in mela.

Since Dharam is shown a bit matured, he might understand Shera's point and expalin Veer that it was Jaivardhan who tried to kill him and not Shera actually.
