Will Neena find out?

After reading today's update, I'm wondering if Neena will in actuality find out Kinjal has been inseminated? If so, I wonder how she'll react. She is already so emotionally hurt, I hope she doesn't misunderstand Kinjal again and blame her that she did it on purpose. I would love to see their friendship revived again even if it is for a little while.
