So amma put her foot down ishu to stay..seconded by appa...simmi as usual ..
ishu told her parents not to fight..if anyone cares for ramans health none should fight here..and then turned to toshiji and said.. i am and will always be his wife, and being his wife she has the right to stay , not only that she being a doc can understand and take care of raman. It didn't end there she gently, respectfully, assertively told the senior bhalla's not to interfere and she has immense respect for them ...beautiful lines..you go girl..she almost snapped..yet controlled herself...she wasn't harsh...but was to the point and put her foot down firmly..i liked the way she handled it without creating any drama..in a dignified manner.
So ishu's doc has arrived..ishu was briefing...toshiji tried to push ishu away, the doc insisted that only ishu stay and the rest leave..toshiji is very mad now and calmed her manhoos
Simmi and param are nervous, param is ok with the treatment as nothing can be proved as ishu has no idea how the medicine is administered. So simmi has decided to double up the dose as all the blame will go on ishu. Wonderful sis...👏
Ishu/doc
Doc has given raman ad shot and ishu is wondering about the attack. The doctor says he might be stressed, he wasn't ready for this arise and very upset..she has prescribed more meds and might be ok soon...the doc further added that ishu gave raman too much info in a single day, too much to process and being in his fragile stage its a lot...and if this were to repeat again he might loose her mental balance permanently and might lead to his nervous breakdown which will be fatal.as he's confused between his past and present, nothing should be forced either. Ishu says its not easy with him..with raman...he is very stubborn, to mold-him and to make him understand is not very easy. Doc says..she has to be very patient and love and revive, rekindle his love and win his trust...turn his anger into love and its not going to be easy and will take time...and has to find out how the pills are being given..Ishu shares that she has no idea how the meds are given and will find out soon...and that's another reason why she married him again..despite him not wanting to..
Romika
Mihika at the parking and romi joins her. She is a tad disturbed about the kids and their opinion of her. Romi assures her its nothing of that sort and they do understand and promises to be by her and support her and will give his best to revive their relationship. Mihika wants time and romi agrees. If cvs are showing mihika needs time..which is realistic...that too when everything game out as a fake..then why not ishra..after whatever happened these 2 need a clean break.

In comes simmi and asks for her well being..and asked if she accepted her defeat..and the precap plays..and not to live in her delusional world...whatever happened today with raman is cuz of her and even in future if anything happens to raman its all cuz of her ..as she will not allow that..
Ishu ... Who are you Simmi?... look for another place to stay..raman himself will throw her out, you are nothing but a cunning woman...but I'm a mother, a wife, with strength and support, and god will never let her down that too againt a woman like you simmi.

Raman is awake...sees ishu sleeping in the couch..and wonders why is she in his room?...he then remembers the wedding... he's a bit off balance, ishu helps him ..but he wants her to stay away from him and not to touch him and leaves to get ready...she couldn't be assertive as per docs orders and decides to be patient.
Raman /mihika
So he then leaves to talk to mihika..and asks why she did what she did..he came to cancel the wedding but after overhearing-her convo with simmi..he decided to give her a life and even convince pihu..and she made fun of all this..he will deal with "us Aurat later..
Mihika says..all i did was for him..but raman is not ready to listen to her story
Raman says he hates everyone and is disappointed and asks her to stay away from him

Mihika is all teared up..and ishu consoles her saying that he is unwell,memory loss, as he's being influenced by simmi
Mihika is not upset cuz of that but more upset that jiju is believing the wrong persons and now hating her and romi.
Ishu says raman will be fine soon and cannot leave him cuz of his situation...just a few more days, and his words shouldn't be taken seriously as he has no idea.
Ishu adds ..she is very hurt when she hears such demeaning words, her heart breaks , and this is the same raman who loved me and I'm reminding myself this is the same raman who deserves to fight for. We know him..we cant forget his good deeds..and have to fight for him...i have to win the battle and cannot rest until she has won the war ..raman ke liye..
At the breakfast table
Romi praises and says he missed bhabhi's cooking...toshiji didn't like when romi praised ishus cooking.
Raman comes in his usual self...ishu has made special food as per doc's instructions ..but raman being raman rejected her food and asked toshiji to give his food ..toshiji immediately told ishu to get out of her kitchen..which hurt ishu ..but she kept quiet. When raman decided to go to work..ishu stepped in and asked him to stay home ..and raman told her not to interfere in his life, his decision or his life and asks simmi to get his tea to his room.
Toshiji tells...not to pay attention to her...and stay home and he further said not to take help from outsiders..ishu is an outsider...wonderful...great..
So ishu is hurt but then decides to first begin with mummyji..and give time to raman..
Ishu/toshiji
Ishu has brought some clothes to toshiji's room..and toshiji didn't like that and asks her to leave..but will ishu give up...no, toshiji sees a saree..ishu reminds her of her first karna chauth that sareee she gifted her..and reminded her of her support and not to give up though raman hated her and she is the same ishita who she loved, who always supported her in good and bad times.
Toshiji became a tad senti..and then has fbs of Anaya's death..and says
Toshiji...yes i did..love that ishita...but she turned into a naagin and struck my family...and ruined everything,family kids and cuz of her action..simmi is broken and has taken complete care of the family ..yada..yada..and mostly raman...and not to show her fake concern to raman..and stay away from her family, raman and never show her face, never want to see her face ever, and threw the saree all witnessed by ruhi
Ishu/ruhi
Ruhi asks her why is allowing everyone to insult her?..what's wrong with her..and how can she take all this ..and is very angry with her...and that she and adi are his children not business partners or his manager. Do you even understand...that he almost married another woman?..had he married she would've lost him for ever...he doesn't even remember her and you are doing everything for him..and whatever we do is all for his health ..why is she being very quiet?
The frustrated ruhi heads up to her room..frustrated that even toshiji has begun and takes the album..ishu and ruhi have a tussle and ishu closes ruhis mouth from behind preventing her from saying anything...and this makes ruhi hav fbs of nikhil trying to take advantage of her...and screams not touch her and help her.
Ruhi on Ishus lap..and despite many attempts ruhi wouldn't budge..finally she give in ad spills everything to ishu..how nikhil tried to rape her and simmi's promise..this shocks ishu...this move of ishu unintentionally made ruhi spill the beans...she needs her parents support now more than ever.
Ruhi was asked to keep quiet as family's honor and reputation was at stake.
Ishu says she should've come clean and shouldn't have kept quiet as these people need to be punished as they make use of these vulnerable kids and they continue to do so. It's high time they speak up and expose them, fight back. Ishu has connected the dots and says..simmi was protecting nikhil..and nikhil and param are together and used it to her advantage. Lol even ishu called simmi wahiyaat aurat
And when ishu was about to confront simmi ruhi stops her from doing so..simmi should've though of you not nikhil..she being a woman herself ..
And ruhi says she has to first take care of papa...
I...Yes i know i have to take care of everything..I'm aware of that...i loved you first...then fell in love with papa..you are my first love. She is as important as her dad. When papa gets his memory back he will feel very bad for you, mad at me for not protecting you despite me knowing everything...fight back ruhi.
Ruhi breaks down..and ishu tells her not to feel sorry, or guilty as its no fault of hers and not to be ashamed, but speak up. Now ishu is even more determined to ruin param and simmi.

Raman sees a crumpled pic of ruhi, pihu, him and ishu...pihu..thum. Mein...thum meri beti ho naa?...ishu left out...and asks if she is his daughter..ruhi agrees...and hugs..Seen by ishu from the door..emotional,shocked...his expression..interesting..he knows
One pic he knows, that too a family pic...one look at pihu he knows..but despite several hazy fbs and despite the album he still doesn't know..but got stressed and fainted..he doesn't want to?!...
Overall too much drama...but decent
About first love...its true she fell in love with ruhi first then raman..but the love ishu says is different..the love a mother has for her daughter is Different...for her husband is different..the love she has for her siblings, parents, uncles, aunts, is different. Love is different with every relationship. The love a woman, a wife has for her husband is different and that cannot be shared or shown with anyone else...you only show that love and affection to your husband...its only between them..there is a difference in love between and among relationships for a woman..same this goes for men too..just think it over you will understand. All I'm saying is different relationships have different kind of love.
Ishu's confidence that raman will throw simmi out...and simmi's lines ...ishu will be blamed...ishu trapping simmi? Maybe...ishu very clear, ishu's patience's going to be tested to the max...
From raman and mihikas convo..its clear he wanted to marry her and never knew about the bride swap ..and was ready to convince pihu ..give mihika life after what she went through...he felt cheated...
Raman i feel ..he's deliberately hurting/isolating/alienating ishu...he knows something...and the camera was focusing on raman a few times during the docs convo with ishu.
Ruhi ..ishu scene was nice ...both were good.
Dt looked very pretty in straight hair...best was her tousled hair early morning..
