I really don't wanna see Naina not topping in her studies cause of love! That will give her family members reasons to blame!

Yes in initial epi it did say naina didn't top in the exams

Maybe Sameer has to leave for Delhi? And that sets Naina in a bad mood and she doesn't top in the exams coz of that?

Well actually one of the spoilers say that Naina bunked school for Sameer...and in the spoiler video where we see Taiji asking someone ki kal raat ko usse phone pe baat kar rahi thi aur aaj school nahi gayi...maybe they fixed up a date and bunked school together,...would love this in the show yaar...ek din pyaar ke naam

This was expected as Naina's VO mentioned it in episode 1.

in ashi 's latest insta status, naina and preeti are in uniforms... How did the family let her go to school after this?
