Ok folks... from all the spoilers that I have seen today... this is what I could come up with...
Sahil tries to stop Vedika, she does not listen
He has dream song about her... then decides to expose Gautam.
Vedika is uneasy during wedding realizes she is making a wrong decision
Sahil gets proof but Gautam's gundaas are after him, beat him up. There is a prayer procession nearby that saves him
At the wedding Gautam threatens Vedika with Arya and shows her his true face.
By this time news of Sahil's accident reaches them or Sahil himself manages to come and stop the wedding.
The bike and the blood in the promo / precap were likely for effect.
