Naina had a fantasy .The fickle hormones did their work.The charm deluded her.
Strangers are easy to fall in love with. You don't know them, so you can project anything on to them, and they can do the same to you.
And the fantasy crashed really hard and it broke all the glass dreams that had been woven.
But love, real, sustainable love, is something that builds over time.
And they are still doing it.
He wants to like his girl a little bit more every time he sees her. He wants to love her the more he gets to know her. He wants to fall deeper in love with her ideas, her values, her flaws, the way she not only handles the good times but the bad times. Same is she.She has come a long way from fantasy to heart break to building a trust again and loving him with all imperfections.
He has seen her handling the troubling times and now its her turn to see.
They want to unfold into each other slowly. It's so much sweeter that way. It's more intense that way, but it's a different kind of intensity. It's an intensity that has room to grow and expand. A little spark of fire always turns into hot flames. It just takes time.
Their love is not rapid fire,its slow burn romance.
The slow burn romance gives them a chance to learn each other's strengths and weaknesses. Most importantly, it gives them a chance to see the each other through the good days and the bad so that when they finally reach Happily Ever After' there is no doubt that they will really have forever together.'
