Raman's character was of an alpha male who was made to lose his mind slowly but one thing which always stood out for him was , he lived for his kids, so much that he married Ishita, the girl he detested just to get Ruhi's custody. Even during Amma's accident case, he took in all the hatred of his family members just to save Adi.
Yup this is the same guy who married ishuta ...for custody...He gave away his contracts to Ashok for Adi 's health. He became Pihu 's mother, nanny everything. He was the first one to get alerted about Nikhil and Shoail's intentions , his steps taken might be wrong but he has gone great extents just for his kids. Unfortunately today that father died.He did go to talk to Mihika on Pihu 's insistence but returned empty handed after listening to Mihika's talks. He decided to ask Simmi make Pihu understand - till there I was with him but once he came down the mandap he lost me.He never asked Simmi to talk to Pihu before the wedding took place, he never tried looking for the lil girl and word a "Sorry" .He was ready as a duck for the wedding. What a father ? 👏
Yup he went to talk..but changed his mind..and decided to take simmi's help to convince pihu...wonderful isn't it...somits ckear he never saw the way simmi was behaving with oihu and never bothered to question oihu as to why she is scared of simmi...Coming down to Shagun and party - "What did Shagun think that Raman would run like a mad man once he gets to know about Ishita's missing case ? Has he not proved enough that he doesn't care for Ishita anymore, then why these expectations ? They doubted Param, so then why not get a missing complaint registered and say that they doubt Param's hand in it. Officially police can't help but since Shagun is from NGO and they claim to be such big businessman , obviously unofficially an enquiry could have been put and Param questioned. This step would have definitely stalled the marriage for a few hours atleast if not stopped. But then how can CV's again take a logical route ?I so wanted Pihu to come out and openly defy Raman and chide him for breaking his promise in front of all but I know it will only happen in my dreams.
Count me in ...Anyway there is also one more thing which I know will happen only in my dreams but would love it if it happens in the serial also.Let Ishita get married to Raman tomorrow and then help him in regaining his memory. Since Ishita and older kids are forgotten, you cannot question Raman on them but taking Pihu's cue of today atleast I want the kids to put Raman into a spot and question him about their importance in his life. How easily he decided to move on although he knew how distraught was his daughter ?Yup..high time...this happens...In fact why wait till Raman regains his memory, they can show Pihu questioning him even now, though I know the girl will only be shown to be happy as she got back her Ishita, but I so wish atleast once they show her questioning her father and put him in place. If CV's want they can show Pihu doing that , the lil girl definitely has that capability, but I know they won't.I want this too...cuz according to oihu..he disregarded her pleas.that's all she wanted from her dad...him as her dad and mom...and question him...why? ...pihu questioned ishuta earlier and called her names...this oihu can genuinely ask him..what If this did not happen? .. he might have gone thru with the wedding...a.m. I nothing to you? That should be the only question ...Finally , am happy that atleast this wedding drama will be over tomorrow. Waiting for this track to wind up.More headache awaits
