As I said before, it's Ajay's choice depending on his dates. I don't think a guy like him could never say no this film especially if it's working with Kamal Hassan unless he has a good reason.

I'm not sure how long South Indian movies take to be filmed compared to Hindi movies. It's just that Ajay will start shooting by this year (I think) for his big movie called Tanaji. This will release in 2019 although he said doesn't want to conform the date at the moment.

The only thing that matters is Ajay saying yes or no to working with Kamal Hassan. It's that he has Tanaji and so I don't know if he can book any dates for this South Indian movie.
