How do I explain it?
T'was when his words burst into flames,
This silence was born.
The sound of it,
Deafened me.
Slowly the weight of its quietness,
Descended on me.
Such was its burden,
I floated like a leaf.
The breeze blew me,
Higher and higher.
So high,
I was dizzy.
Then it poured into me,
Strange musical notes.
It was a lullaby,
Though I scarce knew it then.
Begging a return to reality,
My heart beat wilder.
I hid myself,
But someone kept singing.
Serenity embraced me,
I didn't know her then.
I grappled around,
These routes begged exploration.
Afraid to journey,
I froze the moment.
Would there be a secret unfolding,
I am yet to be aware of?
Dedicated to Anami 's journey to realisation that she is in love.
