Blind folds and Yash

Our Yash Banna might be the sweetest of the friends but is one really bad policeman.

He surprisingly has not instinct for spotting people who do not mean well.

First his parent and now Abhay Banna. :-D

Even Ratan felt there is something off with Abhay and Arpita (what he chose to do with that information is a different matter altogther), but Yash Banna to Yash Banna hai!

He has his blindfolds. He is more sure about Abhay's love that Abhay or Diya is. He seems to be smitten with that "12 saal ka intezaar" narrative. Poor thing. I really am feeling bad for him.

Diya is super bad-ass and can handle even worse situation than this.

I believe Yash's extreme belief in Abhay has its roots in his childhood. Remember that sorry excuse for a father disappeared while he was still very young, leaving Priya at the mercy of all the taunts from society.

Constancy, something his father evidently lacked, became something he admired. Abhay's actions will shock him to the core, and show him that once again, he sorely misjudged the situation. He took Abhay's professed love at face value, as did everyone else, but at least they aren't policemen. Yash's observation skills are undoubtedly very poor!

It's not just that Yashs sensors are off... But his capacity as a brother to guide Ratan is also not working. Ratan has revealed all his plans to Yash and what does Yash do lol...

No child can expect the worst of their parent. Especially when they have never given then a reason before to think that. That is true for Yash's case. While separated, they always were loving towards him and he has seen them ...his mother especially go through the taunts. So he has been protective towards her because of it. It is quite nature even for a seasoned policeman to give the benefit of doubt in such situation ...and he is far from seasoned.

Same here! I joined IF much letter. And when I check the Forum, it is closed now. I do now know where we can discuss them.
