I too think it is a gift for Pooja. Forgot to mention it earlier. But if it turns out to be for Naina then bangles maybe.

True. The numerous times the two have been staring at each other, only Bua dadi noticed and turned to look at who Naina was looking at when she asked about her sad face. And M-P since they know the history of these two.
