Despite just a cameo in the film, Aamir doesn't fail to spread his magic, as the film has nearly minted Rs 300 crore in the very first week of its release in China.
The story of a teenager who breaks personal barriers to follow her dreams is clearly striking a chord. According to trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, Secret Superstar is looking to do even better than Dangal, which earned 200 million dollars at the box-office in China.
