I think he was joking, he said that Karan would pay special attention to Fawad and give his character "layers and shit", make sure there's not a hair out of sight, his beard was well groomed etc.

sure kjo loves fawad maybe that's why he threw fawad under the bus during ae dil hai mushkil controversy. if that's what love is then love sucks

but I am so glad because of that controversy fawad is far away from kjo now. fawad deserves to be treated better. kjo is shani fawad ke sitaare ache the jo shani se door hai aajkal

I don't know why these desis born and raised in their own countries, spend a semester or two aboard and suddenly have these fake accents for the rest of their lives.
