the problem with hindi serials and sometimes movies are when a particular theme gets successful 10 to 20 copycats get made. Also hindi serials copy too much from bwood. The no of times ddlj scenes were shamelessly copied are countless. All those girl getting drunk and guy lying about last night have been done more than thousand times😕.

I have seen the turkish show here and there and i prefer the indian version better. There is a strong emotional connection b/w rehaan and ahana. Bihter and behlul had more of a physical connection than emotional. Also till date rehaan not shown lusting over ahana. Even when he was flirting with her in the initial episodes it was more of a healthy flirting and never looked at her with other intentions.

Most of the people though vyom was grey and his father killed shiv. No one thought or wanted vyom to ve completely negative.

I'm pretty okay with evil Vyom and the actor is really bringing out the psycho part very well but for me the biggest issue is that it was so expected...where is the plot twist? The drama? And the father has always been a little off to me...the actor in general tends to play evil or at least very grey roles so I thought they will put that element inside...

I think it would have been nice to leave Vyom as a misunderstood/clingy-but-has-a-conscience sort of guy, to let Shiv's aatma proceed on and Sharanya can move on with Vyom but I guess if Sathvi has predicted S&S will be together forever, either 1) he will be reanimated to life or 2) she gon die

As I said, I think they kind of have the character sketch drawn from before and a lose script,they then write the detailed script as the story progresses. The downside of this method is that by then many perspectives, audience opinions and jusgements start poring in and knowingly or unknowingly makers get carried away. Since the day Vyom took Sharanya on the rooftop to dhow their romance location, my idea was that Vyom was delusional who made himself believe that Sharanya loved him by placing himself in Shiv's shoes as Sharanya loved Shiv and Shiv was dead. Being a part of Sharanya's life was so important for him that he picked up on Shiv's habits and himself started to believe that life to be his. My idea of an ending was when Sharanya had started falling for Vyom, she remembers it all, Shiv's murderer(s) get punished, he is free to move on to the hereafter and Sharanya realising how delusional Vyom is walks away. Maybe Vyom's end could be in an asylum or he would kill himself because we know he can be suicidal. I was so excited because that episode gave me an idea of the story being something like this.
