In my mother tongue, Marathi, we have a saying which means "even if you put it in a tube (to straiten it), dog's tail will never get strait"

It is believed that a person's nature does not change.

For all the goody goody surroundings in the house, it is still true that Chote Thakur was ready to put the poison in RatanSa's food because he was jealous of him.

He is not as smart as his wife (or not even as much as his stupid son and dauther-in-law), but his greed is still present. People do not change and today a small scene showed that the greed for money and power, which was a reason for lot of hatred towards Ratan is still a predominant factor in the family.

At this point a lot of his family members are happy because they think Diya is leaving and Ratan being the trusting a bit naive soul, they will have an upper hand.

This changed dynamics is creating this feel good atmosphere in the haveli. The moment this changes, the reactions of the people will be back to square one.

I strongly believe that CT has a lot of influence on Mr. CT
Also given that Ratan has changed the urge to kill will not be there... Think going forward Diya and circumstances will be the vilian of the story rather than any individual.

The emotional conflict of Diya and Ratan and they're journey of realization have ample scope for a story than bringing in a killer or more negativity

But wonder who will be the antagonist in the story going forward... Even if Suyaash and Kish play negative role how will they find a way to stay in the Kesar Mehal?

Banality or superficiality of the relationships (except leads) becomes a big problem is later story developments.

The problem with the premises which are supposed to be love stories in that in the hurry to grab the eyeballs, the makers rush on the leads getting together so much that rest of the characters remain neglected.

So far they have shown some interesting characters. But still the dynamics of their relationships with each other come at the cost of TRP. (I assume, but if channels like Sony anyway do not get the kind if TRP others get, why not tell the stories which they think make sense)
