lol they haven't. But cut them some slack. I mean they have previously also shown illogical stuff when it comes to medicine. And so have other shows. As long as they don't show plastic surgery to change characters or something like a person wearing other person's mask ( which is being used too much on ITV, and is illogical as everyone thinks they are tom cruise from MI) I am ready to overlook it. 😆
