VOOT and OZEE are not available in my country. Many foreign websites are restricted here either by our goverment or by those websites themself. Even if our goverment doesn't restrict access to some of them, we still have to pay a monthly amount but due to banking sanctions we can't tranfer money directly to a foreign country. Then i don't have many choices.
