Hello Everyone!
My name is Aishu, I'm kind of a new member of the forum but I have been watching from the beginning. I love crazy theories and this is a bit of what I've been mulling over in my head with what we know to be true and what might possibly true.
- Shiv, Sharanya, and Vyom are all presumably around the same age
- Shiv and Sharanya were a very close couple.
- Vyom and Sharanya were friends.
- Shiv is an orphan, abandoned when he was a baby at the stairs leading to Devi Maa's temple.
- We don't know how he was brought up or by whom.
- He was carrying Stargazers from one of the only stores that carried those flowers in the area, therefore we can assume he either worked there, frequented it often, or - since it was burned down a few years ago- was either the owner or adopted by the owner. I have to assume that the stargazer shop has significance since it was played up so much in the first few episodes.
- Madhavi knew about Shiv and Sharanya and also that her son loved Sharanya despite that.
- Despite her alcoholism and spitfire personality now, Vyom and her have obviously shared a very close bond until/throughout the beginning of his love for Sharanya.
- She even went to ask Shiv for Sharanya for Vyom, but something happened that makes her believe Vyom shouldn't be with Sharanya. Perhaps it's Shiv's death?
- Madhavi knew there was a picture of Shiv in the locker, she has evidence about Shiv's murder saved as well.
- Her behavior when she was speaking to Shiv on this matter implied to me that she had to have something of a prior relationship with Shiv. She showed a subdued side, one which we haven't really seen yet as she seems like a phataka of a mom.
- This makes me think she either knew his parent[s], knows why he's an orphan, feels guilty for making him an orphan, or is somehow related to him.
- It also makes me wonder if she was responsible for his upbringing in some manner, whether through familial bonds or guilt.
- Her behavior when asked about Shiv hinted that she knew him as more than Sharanya's lover. If she truly wanted Sharanya far away from Vyom like she said, she could have easily pointed Sharanya toward her past with Shiv, yet she is hesitant to do that.
- As told by Chandani, Rajan has committed some terrible crime in the past, for which all the others in his family as paying the price for.
- We've been assuming she is hinting towards Shiv's death but could it be towards Shiv's birth/abandonment as well?
- Rajan claims to love Madhavi but is constantly abusing her while also saying she did something to derail his life.
- Chandani says that Rajan and her were an item, Madhavi seems to know this as well because she has implied that perhaps she wasn't his original choice for wife.
- Rajan is clearly a sketchy character.
- Despite Madhavis opposition and a prediction that a Vanya marriage could be a threat to Vyom's life, he did everything in his power to assure that Sharanya became him DIL.
- It makes me wonder if it is truly just about Vyom getting his love or maybe there is a bigger, more sinister, reason why Sharanya being married to Vyom is really important to Rajan. He does seem to love Vyom a lot, but something about that love still doesn't sit right with me.
- Sharanya's family seems the farthest removed from all the events as they were far away from everything, geologically. Therefore, I believe that they have very little knowledge on anything that went down, even about the Shivanya relationship. The only helpful bit was the letter which has now been burned :(
