actually..the lady behind, karan is very fond of her, he always teases her, in the making video also u can see.- when shilpa says, karan is always surrounded by girls, and he pranks a lot.

and if u watch this video over and over again, he is giving the cake to shilpa, she doesnt have it, he then gives it to her 😆 ...and sorta shapes his lips in a way as tho hes kissing her...not air kiss..well sorta..wtch the video and ull see..

so he must be fond of her as a sis, i love karan hes so cute!! 😆 😆
