it starts off with astha's dad reading some file of asthas and gets a heart attack, then they go to the hospital while astha is paying for the treatment her mom doesn't allow her by saying that betiyaan are supposed to bring happiness not sorrow...then she saying that from today onwards she is considered dead for us...hope it helps

the blue file i believe is vinays file with the immigration documents and aastha's dad sees the documents and remembers how vinay had said that the file is for loan documents for aastha's wedding 😡 and then he has a heart attack with the shock of it all and collapses calling out aastha's name 😭

In the promos I think its ridiculous how aastha's mum is being rude to her and shilpa who is thrown out of the house is standing there in the hospital and is being rude to aastha again.
