Neil pressed a kiss to Avni's cheek
Avni turned to face him "How was work"

Neil pouted
Avni looked concerned "Did you not get it"
Neil pulled a hat from behind his back

"Say hello to ACP Khanna"
Avni squealed in excitment, wrapping her arms around his neck she pressed a kiss to his lips

"I'm so happy, I knew you could do it"

Avni held her arms out to the little girl running towards them
"Neela! Papa got the job, are you proud"

Neela put both her hands on Neil's cheeks
"Khanna I am very proud" the 4 year old said

Neil's jaw dropped "Avni! This is all your fault"

Avni bit back her laughter "Neela baby, you call him papa"
Neela pouted "But you don't"

"I know but hes not my papa"
"Ohhh" Neela muttered

Jumping down from Avni's arms she ran to Ayesha
"Ayesha Ma, please dont give her anymore sweets shes so hyper " asked Neil

Avni nudged him "Its her grandaughter, let her spoil her, that kind of thing only comes around once"

Neil looked shocked "What do you mean only comes around once, I want atleast 5 more kids"
"5" Avni shouted

"Shhh, you're so loud"
Avni shook her head "We aren't having any more"

"Okay four then "
"Nope"
"Three"
Avni thought for a while
"Nope"

"Okay 2 more"
Avni shook her head

Neil let out an exasperated sigh "One more then"
Avni smiled "One more"

Neil wrapped his arms around her waist "I say we get started now then"
Avni elbowed him "My mum is right there"

Neil rolled his eyes "So, she knows all about it, how do you think she had you"

Avni covered her ears "ew ew ew" running out, Ayesha mockingly glared at Neil who grasped his ears

"Sorry Ayesha ma, I just like messing her around"
Ayesha laughed and walked out with Neela

Neil sipped on his coffee, life couldnt get much better than this
