I guess there was not one Dewana...several Dewana tha.

Vyom and Shiv dewana for sharanya , Rajan for his son/may be obsession for his wife...and Odhni for finding the real Dewana ghost...Sharnaya could be Dewani, but yeh toh Dewana ka forum. So not Sharnya.

As per the lady priestess in temple Vyom was the boy who was dewana after Sharanya. But in the cover photo we see the guitar in Shiv's hand. May be he was the singer Dewana. Sometimes I think he was obsessed by Sharanya and he used to trouble her. If that was love he couldn't hurt Sharnya's father or try to kill her and hurt her again and again. So even if they say yeh'love' ...I can't agree. Obsession and dewanapan can't be same word.0

Tum bhoot ho, mar gaya, now no matter what Sharanya'a can't be yours bhoot...so soooh! Go away. Jao jake koi petni ko pakro tumharee type.😃 😆

Right now we dont have an iota of idea about Shiv's intentions. So it's difficult to say. But if you ask me paagal kaun hai...i would help you to refer the beginning credits and read under producer...that's your answer.
