EPILOGUE
Everyone was sitting silently for ishita but she was nowhere. After a while the advocate said - ur honour it's more then an hour since we r waiting for Mrs ishita bhalla,but she is nowhere, I think she has understood that she can't win this case thats why she didn't came for the hearing. I think now u shouldnot waste time for her and should give the verdict, ur honour. Waise bhi woh ab tak mere client ke khilaaf kuch prove nahi kar paayi hai. He was saying when ishita's junior said -maam, must be coming ur honour. Woh jarur kahin phans gayi hongi. Warna unka record hai, she never miss any hearing.
Defence lawyer-record to tutne ke liye hi hote hai. Warna kahan hai aapki ma'am.
Junior -we r trying to trace her, very soon she will be here. He said looking at Raman who was calling her again and again but her phone was unreachable.
D. L-ur honour, these all r her tactic to took another date, aap please apna verdict dijiye. He was saying when raman said -sorry to say in between ur honour, but all of u know that she is not in a position to place cheap tricks. She is fighting just for justice and I know she is in some type of trouble that's why she couldn't reach here but I know she is a fighter she will come, please wait ur honour.
D. F-aap chup rahiye, u don't have a right to say, ur honour aap verdict dijiye.
Judge-u r noone to tell me that what I should do. The court will wait for her. Aaj chahe kitni der ho but court will wait.
Raman thanked him and said turning to his parent -maa papa, I am going to search for ishita, Aap log please ruhi ka dhyaan rakhiyega. It's all my fault, mujhe usse apne saath le kar aana chahiye tha. But she insisted me to go for the meeting warna yeh sab hota hi nahi.
Toshiji -yeh sab baat mein sochna puttar. First go and look for her. She was telling when they heard choas in the court. They turned and see her standing with a file in her hand and her tummy with another hand. While there was a wound in her forehead and on her hand, her clothes was full of blood.
All got shocked seeing her like this while the culprits face turn pale out of fear and the girl's eyes sparkle in joy. raman ran to hold her before she fell.
Raman -ishita, ishita, r u OK.
Ishita -yes, can I have a glass of water.
He nodded and make her sit. He checked her and her junior bring water for her. She gulped in and judge asked -what happened Mrs bhalla, r u OK. If u want we can do this another day, I will give a date.
Ishita -no ur honour, I am fine. I don't need another date but justice.
Judge -that u will get but can u explain, what went wrong with u.
Ishita -my car was attacked by goons send by Mr mla, so that I can't reach here and make his son punish for his crime, but bhagwaan bhi hamesha achche ka saath deta hai. That's why I am here, all fine.
Judge -but u need medical attention u r injured and ur condition is, he was saying when ishita said -forget about my condition, look at her condition.iss ladki ka naa sirf rape hua but isse berahmi se jala diya gaya, ur honour ,so I want justice for her before medical help.
Judge -ok then proceed.
Ishita got up, Raman tried to hold her but she stopped him and said -this is the original medical report of this girl, asha which was later changed by doctors. Here it is clearly written that, this boy has not only raped her brutally but later burned her alive. Iss boys ke sperm ke traces paaye gaye the iss ladki ko body mein, not only that this file has the pic of him burning her alive, provided to me by someone very close to this man. Jiska naam main nahi le sakti, and lab report bhi hai stating that all these r original and untampered. She said and submit the evidences making the mla and his son's face fell while the girl look at her with gratitude.
Soon the judge gave his verdict sending the culprit behind the bars for ten years for rape and attempt to kill.
Ishita smiled and the giro came with her family to thank ishita.
Girl folded her hand and said -thank u didi, jab koi meri madad ke liye nahi tha, tab Aap aayi. I have lost all hopes to have justice but u did the unexpected. Thank u so much didi.
Ishita smiled and was about to say something but before that she loose her balance and fainted. Raman was quick enough to hold her in time and shouted -somebody call the ambulance.
Soon ishita was taken to hospital and was getting checked while Raman and family was waiting for doctor to show up.
After a while, she came out and raman ran to her.
Raman -how is she doctor.
Doc -aap aaiye mere saath.
All went behind her.
In her cabin,
Doc-i don't know what kind of family u r. Aap unhe mana kyun nahi karte. Woh iss tarah ke stunt karti rehti hai aur aap sab unhe mana bhi nahi karte.for god sake, she is seven months pregnant. Aisi condition mein toh log apni wife ko kuch karne tak nahi dete and she is running and risking her life like this. She was go on scolding them while all were just listening keeping their head down.
Doc -this time she is OK, ur baby is also OK. But I don't know till how long they will be fine if she continue such acts.
Raman -sorry doc, I will make her understand. Can I meet her.
Doc -yes sure. She said and all went to meet ishita. Ruhi was with raman holding his hand while Mr and Mrs bhalla were behind them. They entered her room and saw her laying on the bed closing her eyes. She opened her eyes hearing the door open and saw them all. She look down feeling guilty and said -i am sorry, I tried to finish all this before creating any mess, but I couldn't. I am really sorry maa, papa, Ruhi, Raman. Kya aap log sab mujhe maaf kar denge.
Mr bhalla went to her first and said -why r u guilty puttar, tune aaj phir bahut bada kaam kiya hai, ek bebas ko nyay dilaya hai.
Ishita -but apni family ke saath toh injustice kar gayi naa.
Toshiji -aisa kuch nahi hai puttar, we r proud of u. Dont be sorry.
Mr bhalla -yes puttar, we r really proud of u. Tere jaise bahut kam hote hai. He said and pecked her temple while Ruman were just glaring her. Mr and Mrs bhalla went out in pretext of meeting the doctor leaving ishraruh alone.
Ishita looked at Ruman and said -i am sorry ruhi, mujhe maaf kar dijiye raman. She said and Ruhi ran to ishita. She hugged ishita tight and said -thank u god, aap thik ho mumma, main bahut darr gayi thi.
Ishita -I am ok bachcha. All thanks to ur good wishes. She said looking at Raman who was still looking away in anger.
Ishita -raman ,aap kuch nahi kahenge.
Raman -rooh, come, I will get u a burger. U must be hungry naa. He said picking his daughter in his arms and was going when Ruhi said -papa, sab chale jayenge toh mumma ki take care kaun karega.
Raman -rooh, ur mumma is big enough to take care of herself. Let's go. Saying so he was going when ishita held his hand and said -i am sorry raman.
Raman -no u r not. Tum har baar yahin karti ho.bahut badi ho gayi ho naa, sochti ho har kuch khud kar logi.mujhe apna khayal bhi nahi rakhne deti. Maine kaha tha main chalta hoon tumhare saath but u insisted me to go to my meeting aur main pagal ko tarah tumhari baat maan gaya. Kyun karti ho tum har baar aisa, kabhi nahi sochti hum sab ke baare mein, maa ke baare mein, papa ke baare mein, Ruhi ke baare mein, me mere baare mein. Agar tumhe kuch ho jaata toh. He said while his eyes got moist till he completed the sentence. She hugged him tight and said -i am sorry.
Raman hugged her tight and said -i love u jaan. Tujhe pata hai meri jaan nikal gayi thi when I didn't find u. Please don't do this to me. Tu hogi bahut strong but I am not that strong. Agar tujhe kuch ho gaya hota toh main mar jaata. He was crying and saying.
Ishita kissed his temple and said -maine kaha naa sorry, aur mujhe kuch nahi hota, aapka pyaar mujhe kuch hone hi nahi deta.
Raman -aur hamara bachcha, what about him. Usse kuch ho jaata toh. Tu samjhti kyun nahi hai, u r pregnant. See jaan I never stopped u from anything but please take care of urself. Aisi haalat mein itna stress, tujhe pata hai mujhe kitni daant padi doctor se.
Ishita -aww my baby, daant kha gaye. OK aaj se ishita wahin karegi joh uske Raman kahenge. OK.
Ruhi -aur ruhi bhi, naa papa.
Raman -yes princess, aur raman aur princess ka order hai that u will not stop out of the house till our baby comes, aur uske baad bhi u will take a long break.
Ishita -as u say ur honour. She said smiling while Raman took ishru in tight hug.
Soon ishita was discharged and all took her home. There house was covered by media for taking Ishita's interview. But she politely denied saying she is not well and want rest. But all were insisting so she gave a small interview and finally she went to their room. Raman made her settle on the bed while ruhi came with a glass of juice with fruits. She made ishita eat and then went to do her homework after kissing ishra. They smiled seeing her and ishita said -hamari bachchi kitni badi ho gayi naa.
Raman -kahan badi hai, she is just four and half years old. Kg mein padhti hai meri princess and u r telling the is grown up. But yes she take cares of u like a mother. But aisi toh woh hamesha se thi. U remember the way she cuddle us in her little arms whenever we r worried. U know Ruhi is the best gift god has given me. I love my princess alot. And I am very happy that now she is happy. Warna yaad hai jab hume pata chala tha, that u r pregnant. Woh kitni badal gayi thi. J was so worried that what if I would loose her because of this new baby.
Ishita -haan yaad hai mujhe, she was jealous as she don't to share her papa with anyone. Aur yeh bhi yaad hai that what u want to do to solve the problem. She said and both remembered that day.
Flashback
Ishita -raman, aap pagal ho gaye hai. R u even listening what u r saying.
Raman -maine bahut soch samajh kar keh decision liya hai. We will abort this baby, Ruhi mujhse dur ho rahi hai. Shayad woh mera pyaar baantne ko ready nahi. It's ok, we will plan baby after making her ready. Main apni bachchi ko khud se dur jaane hue nahi dekh sakta. He said with moist eyes.
Ishita -par apne bachche ko maar sakte hai. She said making him look away.
Ishita cupped his face and said-raman please look at me.
Raman look at her and then hugged her tight saying -i don't wanna loose our baby but mere liye Ruhi se important koi nahi. Woh nahi chahti yeh bachcha.
Ishita -toh kya hua raman, hum usse samjhayenge. Woh bachchi hai, samajh jayegi. Raman ,she is just four. We cant do things as per her will. Waise bhi it's not wrong that she is jealous. She said making him look at her.
Ishita -yes, u r hearing it right. Yeh uski galti nahi hai that she is jealous and don't want to share u. Aap ho hi aise ki koi bhi aapka pyaar nahi baantna chahta. U remember even I was jealoys of Ruhi once. Ek maa apni bachchi se jealoys thi,just because of u. U know why aapka pyaar addiction hai. Toh jis tarah se aapne mujhe samjhaya tha, ab hum Ruhi ko samjhayenge and I am very sure she will understand. Hamara baby jarur iss duniya mein aur Ruhi bhi khush hogi, mujhse aur aapse jyada. And that's my promise to u, Raman. She said and hugged raman tight.
Both were hugging each other when Ruhi entered the room. She saw them and said -mumma, bhookh lagi hai.
Ishita called Ruhi and said -yeh toh Aap hamesha papa ko batati ho naa, then why today.
Ruhi didn't said anything just hugged ishita. Raman's eyes got teary seeing this, he was going when ishita hold his hand and said -ruhi, aap kyun ho papa se gussa.
Ruhi -woh mere papa hai, I don't want anyone to share my papa. I don't want any baby to come and take away my papa.
Ishita -aapko aisa kyun lagaa hai rooh. That papa will love u less after the baby. Aap hi toh hamesha se papa ki favourite ho, papa always loved u more then anyone. Aur Aap bhi toh papa se hi jyada pyaar karti ho, tabhi toh Aap mumma se nahi papa se gussa ho. U don't want to share ur papa. U know what papa was telling ki woh chotu baby laayenge hi nahi kyunki tum nahi chahti. But rooh, woh joh chotu baby hai, woh toh aapka bhi baby brother yaa sister hoga.tumhe achcha lagega agar aapke chotu bhai yaa behen ko papa baahar chod de. Bolo achcha lagega. She said making Ruhi look at her.
Ishita -bolo rooh, u don't want a chotu brother like ur friends have.
Ruhi -yes, I want.
Ishita -then why u r angry with papa.
Ruhi went to Raman and said -main hi hamesha aapki favourite rahungi naa.
Raman smiled happily and said -ofcourse my princess, tum hi hamesha papa ki princess rahogi.
Ruhi -i am sorry papa, main aapse kabhi gussa nahi houngi. She said hugging raman.
Raman too hugged her tight and said -its ok princess, u r happy naa.
Ruhi nodded and said -haan papa, now we will welcome our chotu baby together. She said happily and kissed Raman's cheek happily.
Flashback end
Ishra were hugging each other tight when Ruhi came running to them and said-main homework karne kya gayi, aap papa ko akele akele pyaar karne lagi, mumma. Not fair.
Ishra opened their arms for Ruhi and said -sorry rooh, galti ho gayi. Come.
Ruhi smiled and they hugged each other tight.
From next day, ishita start staying back in home taking break from her work while all were busy in taking care of her. Ishita was enjoying all their pampering while ruman were busy in taking utmost card of ishita.
Time was passing and all were waiting to welcome the baby.
One morning, ruman were playing football while all were having tea, ishita were admiring while ruman were busy in each other when she felt pain in her tummy. She shouted for help and all came to her running.
Raman picked her in arms and all went to hospital.
Soon all were in hospital. Ishita was in labour room while ruhi was hugging raman tight scared of her scream. Raman was consoling Ruhi when they heard the cries.
Ruman look at each other and hugged each other tight. The nurse came out and said -beta hua hai, congratulations.
Raman took the little boy in his arms and cried out of happiness. Ruhi saw this and said wiping his tears -dont cry papa, see our chotu baby is here.
Raman smiled and kissed her temple. He picked ruhi too in his arms and said -yes rooh, it's a time to rejoice.
Soon all went to ishita. She happily smiled and opened her arms. Raman happily gave the baby to her. She saw the baby and kissed his forehead lovingly. Toshiji and Mr bhalla too congratulated them while ruhi sat beside ishita and asked for the baby. Raman smiled and make the baby lay down in her lap. Ruhi kissed his temple and said -mumma, mera baby kitna pyara hai. Iske saath kitne chote hai, pair bhi chote chote hai. Muh bhi kitna chota hai. Yeh kitna sundar hai naa papa. She was saying all excited seeing the little baby while Ishra was enjoying her talks.
Raman nodded and went to her saying -haan rooh, bahut pyara hai. Ekdum meri rooh jaisa. He said and hugged his little family feeling happy and contented while his parent were admiring Ishra with their little family.
