Yes 1000%sure it was a love bite today's episode had so many things so it's quite natural that we didn't even properly noticed and enjoyed their one last romance

I don't think it was a love bite. I just saw a cap on insta that mark was there even before Neil kissed her neck

The mark was lighter initially though
Later it was darker, I guess because of lighting issues.
