Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are all set to tie the knot this month, say latest reports.

India Today Television has learnt that the lovebirds are finally tying the knot in the second week of December this year. Tentative dates are December 9, 10, 11 and 12. Virat might leave for Italy for the wedding tomorrow.

Anushka Sharma's bridal wear is likely to be designed by fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The designer was spotted exiting Anushka's house last week, leading to speculation that he might design her wedding trousseau.

An Italian wedding is on the cards for the cricketer and the actress. Sources say that Virat's friends and family have booked a place in Italy for the wedding. The wedding is to take place in Milan, Italy. No cricketer has been invited to the wedding so far. The occasion will be a private affair.

The couple's friends will be invited to a reception on December 21, that is to take place in Mumbai.

Anushka's publicist, meanwhile, has said that she is not aware of any such plans. But the publicist maintained that Sharma is going on a break. Anushka's team is unwilling to confirm anything.

"There is absolutely no truth to it (rumours of marriage)," Anushka's spokesperson told PTI.

It was in December last year that reports of Virat and Anushka's wedding first broke. But they turned out to be a false alarm. Over the next few months, the grapevine has been abuzz with stories of their marriage.

Virat Kohli's childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma, who is also the coach of the Under-23 Delhi team, has excused himself from a match on December 7, citing a wedding. When asked whose wedding, he said his 'nephew' was getting married.

Virat and Anushka first met on the sets of a commercial and love blossomed between the two. Incidentally, Anushka confessed to India Today last year that marriage is on her agenda, "Obviously marriage is on the cards, but when, that I'm not sure of."

Calm Down Guys! Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli are not tying the knot in Italy

Anushka Sharma has denied the reports that she and Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli are set to get married this month.

A news channel has reported that the long-time couple were planning a wedding bash in Italy this month. India Today, quoting sources, reported that the Indian cricket team skipper and the Bollywood actress will head to Italy for their marriage, which will take place in between December 9-11.

"It's not true at all. While the channel is claiming that Anushka has left for Italy already she is currently sitting in BKC and doing a brand meeting," Anushka Sharma's spokesperson told AfterHrs.

Rumours of a marriage have been fuelled by Virat Kohli taking a break from international cricket, having been offered a rest for the limited-over series against Sri Lanka starting December 10.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been dating each other since 2013 after meeting during the shoot of a television commercial.
