It could be plan gone wrong because seniors were not involved. Does it matter if its a plan or not since seniors problem is not trusting shivaay's action without that reason for blackmail? OM comes and tells its all plan and why do you send him out? It changes what? Same could be achieved by revealing the reason. 😕
I think upto OmRu shares on Svet name was Obros plan, after that Tej and Pinki spoiled it and Jhanvi pulled the last straw. I think revealing that plot to senior Obrois was also not possible because of conflict of Tej and Pinki. Do you people think Pinki would have left any chance to degrade OmRu and all if she came to know Tej fired the mill. She is still not leaving any chance to insult OmRu, every hour she is repeating Om ko mera beta ne sambhala nahi to kahi drug leka pada hota and all...which is not at all related to current situation. If this fire thing has been disclose then situation would have been out of control because of conflict between senior Obrois.
