The point is there are plenty of other serials that have ended up like this where a negative character despite ruining the show ends up taking over thanks to the stubbornness (& stupidity) of one particular writer!!! Even when the ratings are almost down to zero still the writer won't be willing to admit defeat!!! Fans eventually decide they've had enough of the BS move on to something else & these once loved popular serials are sent to tv heaven!!! So at this rate I'd be very surprised if in another 2/3 months NK is even still on air!!!
NK was supposed to be all about Avneil but it's now all about Ratty, VR & RP & none of them are going anywhere until the show is dead & buried!!! Take this new track - it makes no fkn sense whatsoever!!! What so Neil loses his brain does he that it takes him over 2 years to solve the alleged murder of Ratty & to top it off Vidyut has got one over on him???!!! There's only so much negativity that is digestible especially if it's not balanced out with positivity & good winning over evil sometimes!!! Here even after over 3 months of BS crapola there is no happiness in Avneils's life!!! & I know Neil's a cop but to always have his work spill over into his personal & home life & that too when Avni is nothing to do with the police force in the first place so why she's always helping Neil do his job God knows!!! Why couldn't we see them as a 'normal' married couple instead of out saving the world every 5 minutes!!!
So IMHO no need to celebrate anything as I will eat my hat if Ratty doesn't make a comeback & sink this serial completely!!!
