SO that girl who was getting married ran away.. The way MEgha was missing Naina show that she -Naina were friends. I think this will be some important track in future. They won't show it without any reason.

Maybe she ran away with Sameer's friend and Naina-Sameer will come close after break up because of this Megha girl. I am quite sure it would have some importance

According to my knowledge..i feel its more of a warning sign to AGGARWALS to keep a tight nook around the gals...for they are young n can be easily swayed...Y do i feel they will be loadsof restrictions from now on ...n when breakup is near...Sam will find it impossible to even get access to her...Who knows even the ladies of the house would start searching grooms for the gals ..so that they can be relieved of this responsibility as soon as possible...This is a thought n fact cos in those days gals as young as 16 were tied down...n parents were more worried for their gals safety n their name in the society...

This can also be an eyeopener what society counts those who runaway n gets married...more to mke Naina guilty on her love aspirations...She might not even want to go on that route possibly ..not even to commit n love after the bad name the family can get...even if Sameer comes ahead for her...she might back off!

Ur assumption may also be right...The guy can be frend or an elder cousin of Sam...

It can mean that the Agarwals will now be very strict with their girls. It will be extremely hard for Sam to come near Naina.

Also, it can be a hint for Sam and Naina's future...Shashi mittal had said in an interview that they had got married very very young. And they had the support of their firends in those initial days. So if this is their story, Sam and Naina will get married at very young age...Obviously Agarwals will never agree. So may be Naina will leave home to marry Sam some time in future...

Whatever it is, this Megha running away does have significance. That is why they showed it.
