So guys I have decided to write an analysis of every housemate this season... This is my personal opinion and if you don't agree with me it's fine but please do not bash me. I have no favorites this season and whatever my opinion is will be Unbiased and neutral. I am of that school of thought in which I don't join any fandom based on a living person but only fictional characters. I am a potter head and I love Dr. House from House MD so if I give an example to voice my like or dislike does not mean I am comparing that person to someone... So stay tuned for more Housemates

Day One : Hina Khan

Day Two : Shilpa Shinde

There is only one word to describe someone like SS - Extreme. From what I gathered about her is that she never does anything in measured quantity... She is either unbelievably nice or unbelievably evil. This may not be beneficial for the person themselves but it makes them more endearing explaining her appeal to the audience and her fans. She would go to extreme length to care and protect those she likes (wrt to Arshi, Akash or Punish) or go to extreme length to destroy someone's peace of mind (wrt to Vikas in the jail). Such personalities are some time dangerous for themselves and others if they are triggered. She has a quality which is her strength and weaknesses at the same time : She forgives people which makes them feel she could be taken for granted. She needs to be firm with her friends as she is with her enemies when it comes to her self respect or her taking stand and speaking up.

Now coming to her flaws :

She sometimes passes extremely bigotted statements about LGBTQ community and also stop passing comments on people's skin color and beauty (wrt to The gay comments on Vikas, Hina about her make up and about Bangdi being more like her daughter then Arshi)

To be honest I don't know whether she is really playing us all by this ma beta MA beti narrative or she genuinely is potraying her true self but all I can say is she is successful in selling that image to the audience and winning hearts so kudos to her on that

Her Target Audience : She was initially entertaining to the kids and the youth with her drama and the Bang Bang rap and now she has the middle aged and old aged group with her due to her stint in the kitchen and her Ma saga

Shilpa has her flaws and her biggest flaw is her regressive thinking and she's doing herself more harm than anyone else with that mindset.

But otherwise I like her the best among the HMs. She's humorous, has amazing mental strength, fights her own battles, does not go overboard, but in fact underplays the situations, is ready to take whatever she dishes out, is warm and does not hold grudges. And she is very hard working and cooks for all no matter how mean they have been to her.

Also she is very warm and well liked and actually I'm surprised as to how popular she has become. None of the evicted HM have said bad about her and in fact a few have become her fans literally.😃

Agree with you about the regressive mind set... Although as I said I am not anyone's fan but I do get why people like her... She has a way with the audience and oozes warmth so kudos to her on that 😊
