One thing has been repeatedly saying by vyom that 'tumhe mujhse pyar nahi hai,par jarur ho jayega'..

This must be because sharanya never loved vyom and hence he has always been waiting for her love..

So sharanya never loved vyom .vyom knows sharanya is not marrying him out of love...

Sharanya ...the day she remembers vyom will be non est for her...vyom knows this because before her accident too he was non est
