seeing Pooja in that condition surbhi clapping and smiling , enjoying a lot . she may thought Narja marriage won't and Naren going to leave Pooja . waise Rahul , surbhi , neelu bewakoof hain . surbhi don't know about strength true love , friendship only games she know .
surbhi doesn't love Naren at all . she wants puppet dance on her finger tips so thought Naren best . before innocent Naren , later broken Naren .
when surbhi see Naren not getting effected by Pooja's condition and loving and caring Pooja more than before . seeing Naren taking care of Pooja and being shield for Pooja . than surbhi physco not going to smile at seeing Pooja .

I agree with you, she may think Pooja's conditions will put an end to their relationship but Naren will prove the opposite. He is going to love her more than ever, I love this track...In the previous track more than enjoying Pooja's love for Naren, I was only feeling bad for her because of way he treated her, but here I feel we will enjoy Naren's love for her in true sense because there is no bad blood in between them...so what if she is mentally unstable all we want is to see them together and their love, which I feel, we will get to see more in this track...

To redeem Pooja, they made Naren antihero and to redeem Naren they turned Pooja mentally unstable... smart move by CVs. Hope they have a good story to tell. 👏
