puneesh should be evicted directly

I remember few yrs back when kamal khan threw bottle towards a contestant he was directly evicted although tht person was not even hurt . Today puneesh thre chappal i guess twice and pushed akash several times why is he not evicted as a punishment . Acash dint make a hur and cry abt this maybe because he is already nervous abt salman biasness but still bb should hve taken some action against puneesh.
