The whole Oberoi Mansion sat frozen as the news scroll appeared on the TV screen incessantly. The flash news increased the heart beat of the every Oberoi present. Daadi was a minute away from fainting hearing all the speculations made. Tej, Shakti and Shivay were contacting all possible sources they know to understand what the heck is happening in the media and who is trying to tarnish the image of their family name. Jhanvi and Pinky were busy accusing each other's husbands, while Annika and Gauri were on their foot trying to maintain every family member stable. Rudra sat in a corner brooding with a straight faced Omkara beside him analyzing the situation.
"Shivay, did you speak to MD of the channel? asked Tej even when his own fingers were busy trying the number of another known person for help.
"Bade papa, he is not ready to talk to me. His secretary is saying that news is from reliable source and he is not ready for any negotiation.
"What bloody reliable source? Who is that? And what evidence do they hold? Didn't we settle matters with Svethlana already by giving her 100 crores? Who can leak the information now? said Shakti.

Shivay looked around the living room for a minute and his heart felt like it is losing the last bit of its strength. His whole family looked devastated. What had come upon them?
