Sharanya can hide her feelings but isn't it so obvious even at this suffocating stage of Vyom's too much insistence about their past love all she thinks and cares about is him. Yes her only concern was Vyom, she hated to insult him and throw him out but anything to keep him safe. On the other hand he forces her to get away from odhni (most probably protecting her from sth she should not remember ), showers his anger only to realize that she's hurt to the point of breakall ties. He can't believe it because his heart feels that his sharanya can't be happy by doing that with him. He keeps all his ego and anger behind to run after her in the hope of reinvent that love between them where she might forgive him. However, she's restless abd heart broken but still thinks about Vyom only to be severely attacked by the ghost who freaks her out.

PS: The ghost has no life and morals so I think it's safe to show him behaving creepy and totally merciless towards the woman he claims to do shayari upon and love. For once it's good because now I am sure that Sharanya doesn't feel good about his presence. Unknowingly vyom comes and indeed saves her from another creepy touch by the ghost.
