We came to a stage where even state CM like of UP , Rajastan demand for ban a movie and where bounty hunters even increase price of beheading . Now beheading rate is 10 crore ,yes we are very much tolerant, freedom of expression with a flourishing indian cinema 😆

Can someone please clarify? I thought Padmavathi was delayed because the makers' paperwork was not complete and thus, it couldn't be certified in time? If that is the real reason, it isn't a case of breach of freedom of expression but irresponsibility on the part of the makers.
