Movie was pretty good. Akshaye and Sid carried the film though.

Sonakshi is probably the worst thing in the movie. She seemed very uncomfortable and unnatural. This is probably one of her weakest performances

I really liked it, it's a very well made thriller very engaging and Sid was surprisingly good in it, I thought he might get overshadowed by Akshay but no he pretty much held his own and was convincing in his role as a victim. I liked all the Sid Akshay scenes together they have good bromance going in there 😉 😆 as far as predictability goes I did predicted most of it but not all of it( I haven't seen The original one) but yes the big reveal I did predict it way long ago was just missing a few details but then again I read a lot of suspense novels and have watched dozens of thrillers so it's a norm for me 😆 but still it was a good watch the screenplay is pretty fast paced it doesn't drag which is great, there is also some comic relief here and there to keep things light and fun when the drama gets too much. Performance wise I think everyone was superb and perfectly fit their roles the casting is really bang on for this one.
So overall a very satisfying watch I do recommend it for all the lovers of the thriller/mystery genre, the ending might be hit or miss with a few people but I personally enjoyed so. Will go for 4 out of 5 stars minus 1 for being a little predictable otherwise no complains l enjoyed watching it.
