He had blocked the jetty by not leaving from his boat whereas MLC wanted to leave. He had to wait so that he can take the boat.

I think the biggest scam related to SRK was selling of the heritage land i guess for peanut 1 cr only during Congress rule. He constructed Mannat behind the heritage sculpture.

I can't imagine a common man will be able to do such things. Just to take permissions from BMC would have taken him ages.
