Has sara ali khan already bagged her second film even before kedarnath

Bollywood star kid, Sara Ali Khan, is currently
shooting for her big debut flick, Kedarnath,
opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Reportedly,
the actress has bagged her second film even
before the release of her first film.
Apparently, Sara is set to star in Anushka
Sharma's next production venture. Till now,
Anushka has herself acted in all her
productions like NH10 and Phillauri. But if
this news is true, it means Sara Ali Khan will
be first female actor to work under
Anushka's production banner Clean Slate
Films. In a Mid-day report, a source was
quoted as saying, "The project will be a
social drama. When Anushka, Karnesh,
Prernaa Arora and Arjun N Kapoor (KriArj)
were scouting for a female lead, they zeroed
in on Sara. Prernaa and Arjun have worked
with her in Kedarnath as producers and
they like her dedication. When they narrated
the script to Sara, she loved it.
The insider also revealed that director,
Abhishek Kapoor, didn't want Sara to sign
her second project till she wraps up
Kedarnath. "But Sara didn't agree to that.
Kedarnath's release has been delayed due to
the winter in North India, pushing release to
end of next year. Sara didn't wish to wait

Talking about the development, a
spokesperson of Clean Slate Films and KriArj
Entertainment said, "Yes, we have had a
casual meeting with Sara, but currently we
are focusing all our energies on our next
release, Pari.
Kedarnath, which is expected to be a
pilgrimage love story, is set to hit screens on
December 21, 2018. The film will have a
mega-clash with Shah Rukh Khan's untitled
dwarf film at the box office.

An outsider like Anushka should have given this opportunity to another outsider instead of approaching a starkid. Of all people, she must know how hard it is for outsiders to make it. So why give the opportunity away to someone who would have many other options?

Sara will get many other opportunities thanks to the privilege she is born into. But aspiring actors with no backing find it so hard to get offers. Why not give them a chance?

The funniest part is they don't even know if Sara can act or not. Still going and offering her the part because they know sooner or later she will become a star.

How can she get her second film even without the first film being released? 😕

This is nepotism- where star kids get films without any evidence of their ability to act or draw crowds at the theatre.

Bollywood deserves losses and dwindling profits if this continues. She may be good but erecting these kind of barriers to entry and promoting their own is not welcome. 👎🏼
