She has a good heart,

what i see in her is yes she is crass and her language is not polished but she has a good heart

there is no viciousness, bitterness towards anyone. In a way I feel she years for love and mutual respect.

she is def better than people who wear a mask of being "classy and polished" but then underneath all that is just the same as Arshi in fact worse and they also are vicious and biiter.

There's no entertainment in it

U have stated exactly how i feel
And the polished behavior thing is probably because of her surounding n am sure kaun kaha paida hoga that is not in their hands
I just hope she amends those flaws as well
