I dont think Avni is annoyed coz Juhi is Being Ungrateful to her (Thats fandoms reason of annoyance)
Avni is may be annoyed coz Juhi is dealing Immaturely with Mishti and also because Neil is Overlooking This Fact.

Avni is upset because Mishti is not easing up to Juhi & Juhi blames her for that. She is saying Neil that it's better that she stays away from Juhi & Mishti. She is telling that she won't interfere between Mishti & Juhi. And I think she is throwing the dish she made for Mishti in the dust bin so that Mishti can have the food made by Juhi.

Neil is trying to console her saying she is not wrong. She accepted Mishti because Mishti is his child. But Avni leaves the place & Neil is planning something to console his wifey.

Zain did say Avni is upset because as much as she tries to get Mishti to bond with Juhi the opposite happens and Mishti only grows closer to her so it is frustrating.
