Finally, we had our Bhoot's muh dikhayi but I must say it was an anticlimax for me, which I knew it would be based on the record mahaepisodes have on TV. Why?
The episode was like an extended version of the extended promo. 😆 Nothing worthwhile or new happened. We saw almost the entirety of ShivAnya's meeting in the promo. 🥱 I hope there will be new developments in the story next week, like getting to know more about Bhoot's motivations, Vyom's values or maybe even the Rajan-Madhavi dynamic.
Sharanya and Vyom seem to be coming closer, slowly but surely. Sharanya looked lost in Vyom's eyes during the waltz and was wading deeper and deeper into those hazel orbs when she was jerked back to another realm- the realm of Stargazers and Snow. Away from the warmth of the lights, she discovered the fragrance of stargazers pierced by the coldness of the air around her.
Someone or something is being hidden from Sharanya. Is Shiv trying to tell her there's more to her life than she knows? Someone is also lying to her. If it's Vyom, is it better to be woken from this incomplete dream to face the nightmare in store for her?
Facebook posts- Interestingly, when Sharanya scrolled through her profile to find out more about those 5 years of her life, the one post where Vyom was explicitly named was one where she affectionately calls him 'dhakkan'. The others are ambiguous. It could be Vyom but he is not named in them. Could it be Shiv instead? Think about it. We are more public about our friendships than romantic relationships. Even Vyom had said Sharanya's parents didn't know about 'them'. So, why would she name the guy she was talking about in her posts?
One more observation I had which people might not like is that Sharanya's character is kinda...boring. Donal does a great job with what she is given but Sharanya's character is pretty much every straight laced heroine on TV we have ever seen. I hope the CVs introduce more dimensions to her character. Her parents and brother have misplaced priorities haha. They are moved by gratitude towards Vyom to the extent that they are not giving Sharanya time. However, it's understandable. As parents, they want the best for their daughter.
Will SharOm's love story take off or be halted by the presence that is Shiv?
What do you guys think?
