Not to mention, most of them were playing individually for captaincy chances and only recalled the LB towards the end of the task. Vikas too was playing for captaincy, but secretly for obvious reasons. Even so, he dropped a ton of hints - going so far as to say that he can't tell them the reason but he needs to end up with more money than Shilpa. And none of them picked on it, to their own detriment. I don't see any using and throwing. And secret tasks always come attached with benefits - I think it's silly to begrudge any HM that.

While I didn't compare Vikas to gamers of previous seasons, I did appreciate his game play yesterday. And I stand by that - the way he bounced back from the initial set-back was smart. And from this crop of contestants - I do think he's the smartest, followed by Bandgi. As for the praise doled to Vikas rattling you - well, each to their own I'd say.

You say you prefer contestants playing with their brains and hearts - who do you find fits that bill this season?

I know he did full well in the task, and he has every right to play for himself given he has a secret task. However he still went by the use and throw method. He treated people as underlings, and basically gave them objectives. If a person disagrees with his plaint of actions, he becomes rude, and haughty. So for him to express shock and disgust at being thrown to jail is pretty absurd, given he expects people to be his chamchas.

I don't mind the praise. I do mind how he gets treated as a god. I do mind how some blind supporters of his never think he can be no wrong. I do mind how people can't be objective about him. The fact that there are people who are classifying as the smartest of all time in BB house is a joke, considering they have forgotten what other strategists and master mind contestants like Manu and Amar did in their respective seasons. What's impressive is that Manu performed these feats, even after his mother's passing away, this shits on anything Vikas ever did from a calm emotional stand-point, and because Manu/Amar aren't as liked as Vikas, people can't be objective and agree like sheeps who can't think for themselve in classifying Vikas as the best and fail to give credit to people like Manu and Amar on their mastermind level feats because they dont' find them likeable or as likeable.. People generally credit those they like, and forget/ignore the strong points of those they dislike conveniently, so I'm not surprised.

Most people would be rattled because of the throwing previous contestant's accomplishments under the rug.. People that think he's the best wouldn't be rattled.
So far I'm disappointed in your takes, because I agreed with you a lot last season.

No one fits that bill this season. So between brains and heart, I'll go with heart all the way.
Right now I'm supporting Luv the most, but it's more about his potential and mysterious traits than what he's displaying as currently.
