India's laws might differ but from what I understand there must be a intent beyond a reasonable doubt. They only need the victims statement for court proceedings but not for an arrest. Anyone on his behalf can file a report with the police. Prosecution is up to the judge but normally you do not require a warrant for assault charges.

This is the kind of sadist,inhuman shizz that apparently makes for great TV so of course BB the moron is not going to intervene or at the very least put a stop to further mental torture on a contestant when it is their job to see to it that no harm is brought to anyone in any way.

I dnt care for what has happened between these two idiots outside of the house, but from whatever I've seen so far, this pathetic excuse of a woman Shinde is coming across as the bigger culprit in the name of so called vengeance.

I am not defending Shilpa( she totally has gone insane ), but from the precap from what i saw was that she was hitting the quilt with that stick . Can anyone post the pic to make it more clear about it? If she did hit vikas, then she should be arrested. We can wait for tomorrow's episode and it will be cleared.

You are making a mincemeat of the law.

First of all there was no assault.

Even if there was one,the victim has to Lodge an FIR.

The police will register and investigate.

The law doesn't begin and end with arrest.
