i don't think so sharanya is faking it ... but yeah it seems kinda fishy that she wasn't shocked to see her brother all grown up ... i mean she has forgotten five years of her life ... if Aditya is 17-18 now ... he must be 12-13 when Sharanya last saw him ... and there was no reaction from her at all regarding his age 😕

ek dialogue tou sharanya ka bunta hi tha "Aditya tou kitna bara hogaya hai" 😆

same thing can be said for Nawab but i do not know about aging when it comes to dogs 😛
