even same doubt came on mind also because when he entered the ward he was not aware of her amnesia. on the spot he can't make story of their life. may be she is faking it.

And he might have told the same thing to her parents 2 years back too. How is he suppose to know one's she wakes up she won't have any memory and his lie won't get caught? unless he has super powers 😆

Vyom is lying. Shrananya, vyom and maybe Shiv used to study in same college. Vyom and Shrananya might have been friends but Shrananya and shiv loved each other. Shiv has been shown with guitar so I feel vyom telling flashback of what happened in their college to Shrananya might all be true with Shiv and he is just taking his name here . The day he proposed he had red flowers but Shrananya had white. Who proposed with white flowers? When Shrananya must have told him that she loves Shiv he must have been heartbroken and may be vyom or his dad might be the reason for the car accident when Shrananya and shiv were going to meet her parents in which shiv died. Vyom a dad must have told him to take her BF's place in front of her parents because the way he said today that they need to keep Shrananya away from things they don't want to get close to her sounded fishy. Also when Shrananya told vyom that he can fool her parents and not her as she doesn't feel anything vyom was speechless. That one expression seemed like he realized that it would be difficult to make her realize that he is her real BF. I won't be surprised if vyom actual name is Shiv and he is using vyom' name .

Shiv might have sent those white flowers like how SRK use to sent juhi flowers in Darr. She was happy when Vyom proposed her And about Vyom expressions you are talking about he don't knew her gf won't recognize him on waking up!! The story can't be so simple. CVs are playing smart and deliberately making us doubt vyom.

Doctor's came to conslusion that she lost a part of her memory on basis of her reaction after waking up. Even they can't say their patient will wake up with no memory on their own or when they will wake up.

Your theory does sound interesting.Since it's a thriller we cannot ignore the possibility of all the characters being in the grey zone.If thats the case then I think Sharanya is grey and not entirely negative.

Perhaps Sharanya was in love with Shiv and vice versa.Shiv used to work at the florist's store where Sharanya used to go for flowers.There they must have come across and fell for each other other.

In the college,Sharanya befriended Vyom and he fell for her.At a certain age a human being's heart is frivolous.She must have felt attracted to Vyom too and decided to be with him instead of Shiv which led to her breaking up with Shiv.

Due to this Shiv got upset and set fire to the florist's shop and perished in it.

Now Shiv's spirit wants Sharanya back with him since there is love but hatred too.However I don't think she is faking the memory loss.

I agree Sharanya is not negative but grey. Grey in the sense she not like typical saas bahu show girl who always says the truth and does the right thing only. I am kinda damn sure Shiv was obsessed with Sharanya where as Vyom looks like a guy who won't keep his feelings in his heart. He went to Sharanya and made her his friend on the first day of college itself.
